The online Rain service is really utterly terrible. Very disgusting. To those who would like to use the network, rather go to the nearest branch for assistance. The branch in Bonaero Park has a beautiful and wonderful service. It's such a joy being assisted by the Bonaero Park Rain branch. Do not even bother asking for assistance online. Anyone who got assisted online, please give tips or perhaps recommend a way to get assistance online. GO TO YOUR NEAREST BRANCH. FORGET ABOUT ONLINE SERVICE.
