The reason I give a 3 star is for the simple reason that trying to deal with them online is virtually impossible. You have to escalate then they will call you. As far as the rain network its outstanding with minimal buffering but the I am on the lower package.

I know thats where the problem started with me trying to do the payment onlineand then the rain go app wouldn't
allow me to change the card details and by Saturday i couldn't log in because i was already cut off.
