Rain online cancellation bust.

Awesome process getting a RAIN sim. I had my sim for 2 weeks in March 2022 battling on and off to connect until I finally gave up and cancelled. Don't bother getting it if your area isn't dark blue. The light blue zones are ****. Don't bother using the cancellation option on the website, it doesn't work. I received a reference number on email for the cancellation I did online and yet when I went onto the website today after being billed, the account was still active now showing me what I will be billed for 1 June 2022. Really?! Then I had to spend 16m21s on a call just to get an apology from a support agent telling me to call back in 24hrs if I don't get a cancellation sms after she has to process the cancellation for me. When I asked her to look up the reference I received she could read back my reasons for cancelling in March, yet the sim wasn't cancelled. RAIN - please remove the online cancellation option or revisit your process if no one is bothering to follow up on the cancellation references generated.
