Rain online activation facility hanging

Got my simcard on 01 August, tried to activate it online around 19h00. The system has been stuck on verifying address and verifying face recognition since, and awaiting Rica. I tried reporting the matter on you "support" facility but I can't submit the query, the form keeps asking me to select my msisdn when I have selected it. I have been trying to activate my service and sim card since yesterday around 20h00 but the process has been stuck on awaiting RICA. My sim is NJ 4X KF and ICCID is 16555. My order number is ***.

Rather allow us to have to option of restarting the activation process than being stuck and the process automatically taking us to the stuck screen
