Rain one wifi horrific service

I took out my WiFi service with Rainone. I app**** online and didn't finish the application as I wasn't sure about a few things. An agent from their call centrecalled me that same day saying that heis going to assist.e with my application, I told him I had a question " I asked him if this is a contract like the other WiFi providers or is this a month to month contract? as I'm looking for a month to month contract" the sales agent then says it is a month to month contract. I even asked him again is he sure because if for some reason I certain months I don't want or can't afford the WiFi that is fine. He said yes I will only get the services if I pay for the month n if I don't pay I won't get it. So I asked him again you sure I won't be still billed like contracts, he assured me yes I won't! Rain has been billing me ever since and 2 other collections agents have called me and I have told them what happened, I asked to speak to a supervisor and they say they in a meeting. So then I asked the agents to escalate this as I want the recording of the sale call, they both said they will send it to me and escalate ut, it's been almost 2months now and all they do is miss call me and cut the call and they are going into my bank account everyday trying to take out money causing me rejected debits and putting my account in a minus. The service I have gotten from this WiFi company is horrific. I don't recommend anyone looking into Rain one wifi. Ps. I'm still waiting for the recordings or for a supervisor to contact me in regards to this coz they now saying I owe them R1875 or more now
