Rain One Sim swop fail
I am very disappointed in the service I got from Rain. I requested a Sim swop for the RainOne sim between the 9th-12th of September till today I have not received the Sim card. Everytime I call they say they will Log it for me. I'm meant to pay for a sim monthly but I forfeited all the data and minutes for 2 months now due to poor service on their side.
