Rain One Sim Card Is The Worst

This problem has started a few months ago ever since I ported my number to rain one sim card. Since then, for months now no one can get hold of me on my number, this is outrages!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I do not receive any calls at all. Any and all calls go straight to voicemail, and I only receive a message notification 30min later that I received a call. They make no effort in contacting me in resolving this matter. I have phoned in several times, and no one answers. What is the point of having this rain number if I can't even receive one single call. I am very unsatisfied and very very very unhappy with this rain one sim card. I have never in my life experienced this bad of a thing and will not be recommending rain to anyone at all. I am regretting it so very badly for ever porting my vodacom number to rain, the biggest mistake of my life. Now it will cost me to go to a vodacom shop to be able to port my number back to them. I will definitely be going back to Vodacom and CANCELLING all my Rain products. I don't need a headache of people not being able to get hold of me. Does anyone else also have this poblem?
