RAIN ONE PACKAGE - VERY DISAPPOINTING

I ordered Rain One package from Rain last year, beginning of October, online. Package was for a free wifi router and up to 30mbps internet speed and 2 x additional SIM cards with minutes and data. After waiting all month for delivery, I eventually went to the Rain Store in Umhlanga and collected the router and sim cards myself. Very disappointed. After only 4 months the premium was increased from R559.00 per month to R595.00 per month. The monthly premium went up and the wifi speed went down! The wifi speed was promised up to 30mbps, yet on average I am lucky to get 12 mbps download and 9 mbps upload. Working from home on my computer is very slow and very frustrating to say the least. Watching TV at night is also very frustrating. Trying to contact Rain is yet another problem, when I call in, it takes several attempts and many minutes of holding before someone eventually assists me and when they can't seem to resolve the speed issue, they often just hangup. They seldom call me back even when I ask and never answer my emails sent off the app requesting assistance.
