Rain One not working

Two weeks ago, I contacted Rain to signup for their Rain One promotion where they give you two sim cards with Minutes, Data and Smses.

Their simcards only works on Data and smses, however the voice calls are not working.

I have tried to communicate with Rain, but they just promise to be working on the matter, up to today, they have never activated other services on my simcards.

Please assist.
