RAIN One not good

I recently acquired a new contract with Rain. I was inform not to but I went ahead any way giving them benefit of the doubt. But for > 1. 5 G don't work it stays on 4G the router or 4G goes red or orange and no coverage or bars. 2. I can't make calls from the Sims 3. I ask them to call back but nothing... 4. Router super slow and I was informed there is coverage in my area.

I am pretty annoyed right now and not to happy this really sucks.
