Rain One Issues

I have been a customer for many years now. In all the years I never had any issues with my internet, 24/7 I ran at 300MBs download and 50%, 1:2, download speed on my Unlimited Home Premium package. Two weeks ago Rain forced me into changing to Rain One from my old Premium package. Since the upgrade Rain have changed something on my profile and my speed is absolutely useless. Possibly that is why I was forced into an upgrade against my free will.

I need Rain to change my profile on the network back to Home Unlimited Premium with the original speed settings I had prior to forcing the upgrade. You can take your 4G SIM cards back with the greatest of pleasure since it is also a waste of time.

I expect to see my speed return to full un-throttled speed immediately and my profile reflecting Unlimited Home Premium. I do not want this absolute junk Rain One package you are trying to force customers to take.
