Rain one horrible

I am incredibly disappointed a d angry with Rain sa, rain one.i changed from rain to rain one I. September 2024 and requested that they cancell my old subscription to date in December I am still billed for the 2 subscription. When I call they always tell me they will report it but do absolutely nothing.every month I'm being told that the billing department will call and no one does. Their rainone is also problematic, network is horrible 90% of the time it's not connected.
