Rain One

I did a subscription for Rain one for my mother in Witbank, the coverage was 4G but when she set it up it didn't work due to no coverage. They have a cancelation link on their website but it doesn't work. We sent emails to cancel with no response and we called them, the call was answered by a lady called Thando, still the subscription was not canceled. Today they deducted money for a service I never used.
