Rain one ..false and misleading

Good day ..I am a current user of this company.I was recently made aware that this company misleads its customers into believing their pay as you use package is what it says ..pay and then use but it is not so ..you are billed every month for their services regardless whether you use it or not .And further more you are unable to stop or cancel the debit order that's placed on your account so they will continue to try and debit your account everyday whether you service is active or not .Their consultants don't make customers aware of this when you're agreeing to their deal.This is not fair and misleading.
