Then on Fridays I get a massage that an certain amount couldn't be deducted from my account, then my wifi gets blocked. WHO THE HELL TOLD YOU MY ACCOUNT HAD MONEY EVERYDAY? WHO GAVE YOU THAT PERMISSION? You said you can't change deduction dates a,but you keep trying to deduct the debit order. I HOPE THOSE CONSTANT DEDUCTIONS &, MASSAGES ARE NOT COSTING ME BANK CHARGES? You know just block the damn wifi once and for all. So that month I pay for the days I've used your wifi. I told you I want the contact of your legal and complaints unit so I can cal them. I don't want to waist my time talking to support staff. GIVE ME THE DAMN COMPLAITS OR LEVAL DEPARTMENT NUMBER.I want to launch an official complaint.
