Rain one - certified copy of ID not accepted for RICA

I placed my order for the Rain One package and paid the required amount. The delivery was scheduled via courier for this morning, requiring an ID document and proof of address to RICA the SIM cards. Unfortunately after placing the order I have lost my ID book and did not have the original ID document. However, I had a certified copy of my ID available, together with my drivers license and proof of address. This was refused as valid form of identification. I further tried calling the courier (CCD) to try and reason with them, however, I tried calling 3 times, each time the call got cut off. In the final call I was able to speak with the agent, who kept telling me that the line was bad and kept cutting out, despite me being able to hear them clearly all the time - finally the call got cut again. I then tried calling the RAIN support center, trying to reason with them that what I provided was sufficient proof of address, to no avail - the lady said the courier needed the original for their RICA process with the barcode, saying the copy doesn't have the barcode, however, it DOES have the barcode clearly shown on the certified copy. I'm asking myself: Do I want to do business with the company if this is how they do business? I have cancelled the order and will find another provider who is prepared to assist me with a similar product offering.
