Rain One adds unwanted items on bill and their contact centre is unreachable

Rain adds extra items on my bill without any request.

I have rain one and had it for some time, now they have added Unlimited Off-Peak....for what exactly when i have Rain one unlimmited?

And to call and get hold of their contact centre is simply a waste of time as i can not get hold of them
