Rain one activation

I had a pleasure of speaking to Neilan Harris today the 28/07 I had issues with my Rain One simcard, I must say he was very patient in explaining the activation process as I was about to give up discontinue or dispose them. I tried calling the call center again and I got through to him, excellent service and great patience..he is an asset to the company...
