Rain one 5G is nonsense

Rain claims to be contract less but on so many occasions they have forcefully, even after cancellation demanded payment. I requested a SIM swap for my 2 rain 4G SIM cards, still waiting. My router got electrocuted, I tried their app to see if they can help and got nothing. I decided to cancel and start a new app contract. I got an email stating that they will call me. Still waiting even now.

My husband went through the same thing. He cancelled his rain SIM and they still to date demanding that he pay them monthly. This network is bull
