Rain One
Disappointed at their service. Got my rain one 3 months ago, haven't been able to make phone calls on my other 4G Sim. When I call to ask them to fix it, they say they fixed it I should be able to make calls after fixing my settings. Fixed my APN settings a couple of times after they sent the setup process but still, it's not working. Yet I've been paying for quality service which I haven't received ever since being on Rain. A month never goes without one never complaining about rain.

25 Oct 2023, 18:21This rain is useless, 2 days later and still no one has gotten back to me. Why fool us into thinking you're the best? You can never compete with the big brands in South Africa with your pathetic service. It's irritating and has gotten to a point were canceling the service is the only resolution. I asked for a Sim swap on my lost sim card no one has helped me with it. I've asked for them to fix my Sim card which doesn't make calls, still no help. What is it that I must do to get the help I need, one I'm paying for?
