Rain - once subscribed, always subscribed

They are impossible to get hold of post sign up. my daughter emigrated to the USA and canceled her subscription in January. They said they would collect the hardware. It is July and despite her contacting them monthly on the website and emails, they have still not collected the hardware and continue to bill her. I called to cancel on her behalf but only the actual account holder could do it despite me having all the relevant documentation and requesting another email to send it to. Which she could not give me. They are the worst. You cannot get your subscription canceled.
