Rain once again unable to deliver

It is with no surprise that I post another comment around the outstanding poor customer service that Rain has once again delivered. This morning was day 7 that I was down with internet services provided by Rain. Towers is the current reason for my service not working. So a technician comes to to re-position the external device only for me to show that I am connected but still unable to user my service... With an astonished connection speed of 0.4mbps dowaload speed I can do so much with this that Google times out.

So I chalange a representative from Rain to get in touch with me to explain there way out of this and how the world will be a better place...
