I so very disappointed in rain im a firts time rain costomer and there service is very ****ty I have sent so many call agent requests and have so many tickets I got from them but not once have they had the decency to get back to me I'm so very upset I was looking forward to having it and it was to help the kids with there home work till now I still get "connected with no internet" I'm so very angry more like rain on your parade and to think I have a bill to pay I have never used nothing and the bill is R233 for 1April 2021 I'm mean what the hell is going on here.

Finally we got the rain to work after asking someone to help and having to pay for help us to fix the issue,why can't rain make the apn thing more friendly but through everything it's working finally ????
