Good day

You know i am sick to death of the service you are providing. I have spoken to various consultants from the network division. You are always happy to take my instalment every month but when it comes to providing a decent signal your service is up to ****. There is always a problem with the towers. For **** sake cant they be maintained . I am still seriously considering other options at the end of april as some one there needs a carrot up their ****. You cannot provide a service like this and expect the client to be happy. I dont know how many call centre agents i have spoken to with regard to this ongoing problem. Some of them are totally clueless as well and shouldnt be in the call centre.. I need a top manager in your division to sort this out once and for all otherwise i will be saying goodbye to rain.
