RAIN on me no more

This is more of a rant than anything else, since I know nothing will change and I'll be sucked back into this cycle of fighting for ineffective assistance from the Rain team. I cannot load a web page at the moment. I cannot use Rain for my ZOOM meetings any longer as I get kicked out continuously due to the terrible connection. I cannot use it to stream, play games, download, upload and everything else you expect, at minimum, from an INTERNET service provider who promised all of the above. I don't mind if the connection slows down once in a while, but at this point I celebrate the days where I can work online without issues. This is the current state of most internet providers though. Overpromising and under-delivering, especially to those who don't have access to or can't afford the high-end options. My trust for Rain has depleted at this point, so I'll do my best to cancel the service. Although I have a feeling this will be an issue too. Oh, I had to write this review using my cellphone data... since... you know... nothing works. In conclusion, I can't recommend Rain as an internet provider to anyone or any thing. Based on my experience, it's not worth the money or effort in trying to get your money's worth.
