Rain oh Rain

Rain oh rain, where is the internet speed, can anyone find it i guess not. Can never get ahold of customer care, can never get a technician out, nothing ever gets fixed. 6mbps download when im suppose to be getting 60mbps is not on, maybe if i put the sim card into a snail the internet speed might be faster and more reliable.
