Rain offline no warning.

I called them yesterday 28th Dec coz my internet was slow and it shows that I have a payment due but I paid in full on the 19th Dec they said they would call me within the day but no calls no mails nothing @all..... this morning wake up no internet try and call calls not even going through, mail them generic mail some will contact me but still nothing....

Bearing in mind this is just under R600 a month not even 10days on (with slow internet) and we are offline.

I contacted by support who was a foreigner who could not help at all very unhelpful an just dropped the call.

However, after posting here I Was contacted by the hello Peter team At rain social media and they were amazing spoke to Abdul who took ownership immediately was very helpful explained issue and took the time to resolved the issue himself.

Great Service, very professional and very relatable even offered me to contact him should I have any other problems going forward...

Awesome guys...

Cancel this offs**** ppl they suck and base your support in cape town we know how to take ownership and actually help people!!! 🙌
