Rain of terror

I cancelled with Rain in the beginning of June they stopped my internet immediatly. I then paid the full amount end of June.. they billed me again at the end of July when i haven't used their services since. When I downloaded the app to see if my account was active i found that it was indeed active and even says my next amount is due on the 25th of August however the SIM is disconnected. Total ******** stay away from Rain. The banks will also not be able to reverse or dispute amounts as its considered online purchase and not debit order... they are aware of this amd will have no empathy when you call in.. worst service ever.
