Neo Nakin is my name. What a horribly shocking experience with rain. I was on a 4G SIM when it all started raining terror Now it's raining promises that they can not keep . On the 26 of July 2021 I upgraded to 5G and paid upfront as required, hoping to see the rainbow at the end of a terrifying storm.well ?️?️? from the 27th to date I have been contacting rain hours and hours and all I got was , we will get back to you and your order is being prepared. For your receiving today,?they failed again to keep their promise. Later in the afternoon I received a call from CCD Couriers and asking a list of questions and the conclusion was. Sir your order will be dispatched on Monday (03/08/2021) and now that I have paid upfront .rain is just relaxed and happy to make another sale so that they can continue with their **** advertising and promotion of lies with their lazy customer care who do so well in empty promises. I need my 5G package ASAP. I will never recommend rain to any friends, family or even strangers .
