Rain of Horror

Rain is a pain of Home Affairs proportions. My cancellation was not submitted on their website. and now after 6 months they decided to debit my account for all those months as if i owe them. to make matters worse, I am on call with them as we speak, firstly i spoke to a lady called Musa. though there we hints of "who cares" .attitude, i didnt think or expect this from her Manager by the Name of Mathapelo. now this lady would Give Home Affairs ladies a run for their money.

She says to me "its none of her business who is paying for the subscription as Rain did not ask me to put in my banking details"

i asked to speak to her manager Neerasha and i am still on hold for the past 20 minutes. i asked her to send an email and she tells me that sending emails requires porting protocols and i wouldn't know about them as she is the one with technical knowledge.
