Rain numerous bank charges
After numerous debit orders that cost me with bank charges, I called Rain to cancel my account with them but they continued debited money from my account.

Now you calling me and apologies . Come on guys. Accept someone didn't do their job.this is not my fault so therefore I must be refunded

16 Jan 2024, 17:27How so when i cancelled my account in November 2023 which you continued debiting. I called again around December 2023 and you continue debiting. Now it's January 2024 you debited again. Give me a better reason for not refunding me.
