Rain nowhere to be found when experiencing problems

I bought a router from rain and it got delivered yesterday. They told me it'll be fully connected after two hours after turning it on, however that was not the case. It is 19:01 now at the following day but I still do not have connection. I called them yesterday and told me the issue will be sorted ASAP but still nothing. I sent messages through the my rain app from yesterday but there is still no response. Rain was quick to sell me the router but nowhere to be found when I experience problems. This is so unprofessional and frustrating because I have paid for this service.
