RAIN (not)ISP: four months after cancelling, trying to get hold of Rain to return their device to you

Cancelled with Rain ISP SA as they refused to deliver on internet services. Yet four months later, no one has arranged with me (for a time and date that will suit me also) to collect their device. So this thing is taking up space, while they have forgotten about the device. Their phone lines seem to not be working lately.
