Rain NOT working demand my money back

I need your assistance I have purchased a Rain 4G for a R470.000 per month from Rain service provider.

I bought a sim card for R50.

I have followed all instructions but the Rain does not give me access.

I have paid hard earned money smd I demand my buy back. I have no had access to the service provider.

I paid money for data wifu that i never could use or acces from day one.
