RAIN NOT TRANSPARENT BE AWARE ..

I am so disappointed , ordered a rain unit 17th October , due to rcircumstances I had to cancel on the 18th October , I contacted the support twice they assured me I would receive my refund in 72 hours ?? To make things worse I still got a call from their delivery company asking when they can deliver ??? all im asking is for my refund please ...my reference order is *** - My concern is Transparancy..
