Rain not taking their money

Good day

Again I am resorting to this platform as it seems the only way to get RAIN to respond. Last of last week I received a message, telling me that the rain will go off on the 23rd, of which I left money in my account, rain did not take their money. Thinking this will be on the 27 still you have not take your money My internet is blocked now! With a message stating that I can pay halve now and the other half end of Jan, all I have to do is log into the rain app, who prompts me for an update. Please sort this out?
