Rain not so proudly South African after all.
Rain South Africa doesn't use call centre agents in south africa but from other countries. Yet they so called South African Service provider in ICT sector. I have to put up with useless people from the Philippines and get no joy with my billing. Also on the website account login there is account history since inception I have never received an invoice neither is there any history of payments that i have made. We pay for service to employ foreign nationals.

There is no history at all so what do you want me to look at. I even went to your Palm Court store in Welterverden park. Just useless. Cannot make a payment at the store as well. What kind of business do you guys run? Seems like a ****a Shop. Can't even do a card payment.
