Rain not responding to its customers.
I would not recommend anyone to use rain wifi ater a bad treatment or servuce i encountered.I have been without wifi since from the 4th November to date.Been calling the call centre everyday and will be told that they have referred the matter to their technician To date i have not received any call from them!They are so unproffesional.I would not recommend any one to use rain.A horrible company to use for wifi

16 Nov 2025, 16:50I would not have reviewed here if i did not trouble shoot.I was told that technicians will be incontact to date nothing!You service is unprofessional and you are going to loose customers Check facebook page people are complaining about the same issue. and they did everything that they were told to do.I 'm humbly requestinng to be refunded and move to the next reliable internet provider
