Rain not reliable again and again

Dear rain, kindly note. It’s happening again. Nothing works, YouTube, Netflix, even what’s app. I can’t stream or watch anything. It’s not even buffering that’s how bad your service is, you just took your debit order successfully again (I don’t know for how many years now), do I really deserve such horrible service? Urgently fix this issue as I ordered 5G unlimited and there is nothing on your terms and conditions that says I will experience no internet while’s I fully paid you every month and I moved the router, pressed all the small buttons and turned it off and on,
