Rain not reliable

Good day, please note that I don’t have unlimited 5G network since 21:30 last night, nothing works. I moved my router around, refreshed it from the front and the bottom, removed it from the plug and still nothing. Everything is buffering on and on. Nothing plays. I can’t stream anything, it does not even load a what’s app status. I believe my debits orders are always paid, but why I’m I receiving such horrible service, please assist. Kindly note that the last 15 times I complained, your technicians always call me and tell that there is a tower down (and this is always) can’t you get your house in order?

Hi, please note that there is nothing restored. I still have no 5G, all my streams are still buffering and the screen is fuzzy like (240p) even on my phone the quality is horrible. I’m still not getting my moneys worth, there is no consistency with the connection,
