Rain not reliable

Good day, please note that there is absolutely zero unlimited 5G in my area. Nothing works, everything just stopped working and shows the loading or buffering sign for straight 10 minutes now and it’s ongoing, may you urgently fix this as I have moved the router, reset it on the front and also underneath and even switched it off but I have no internet
