Rain not reliable

Good day, the schools have closed and all the kids are at home I’m paying R900 a month for uncapped 5G. You always get your money, always. But I don’t have network at all. The kids can’t stream anything, no TV, no phones, no YouTube, no Netflix, no prime, no Showmax, no DSTV, Disney plus. Nothing is working since last night. This urgently needs to be fixed as I moved the router, refreshed it, but nothing is working, I need this to be fixed urgently as I’m paying too much to receive such horrible service for you, and please don’t tell like you always do that there is tower down … fix this
