Rain not refunding it's a ****

I bought last year a SIM card in October 2022 and only delivered may 2023 never used it ,and I cancelled it band the employee there said they will refund me until today no refund everytime I send an email I get asked when can they call I give the time 9am no call,I call them no response I only got a response once when I was told I would be refunded until today no responce no refund
