Rain not recommended

We pay for a speed of 10Mbps and all we keep getting is under 2 Mbps. When you call them there is a different excuse each and every time. We do get 10Mbps now and then but not enough to give them any recommendations or to write any good reviews for them. In summary if you are looking for an internet service provider I do not recommend Rain until maybe they start being honest with their customers and sorting their problems out. Tired of this nonsense.
