Rain not raining, just blewing dust

I got my Rain Simcard lastweek on wednesday, and have not enjoyed uninterrupted data for 10hours in the week i had it.

I took it for work, but it is always hanging, cant connect, zoom meetings are a challenge.... Iam really disappointed as my area showed that it had sufficient coverage...

I want out of this data prison
