Rain not providing for what i paid for.

On June the 25th 2021 bought the 5g rain . and recieved my order on the 29th June 2021 was told that my sim will be activated within 2 to 24hours . It has been 7 days later and it has still not been activated. Everytime i call the support number im told to turnaround time is 2 to 24hours . I feel like rain has ****** me they took my money and has not provided me with what i paid for. the last ref number i received from a call center agent is ***. and when i called with this reference number i am told that they dealing with this but still nothing has changed . How do you conduct business like this . If you not going to provide me with what i paid for please pay my money back asap. I need this working like yesterday as we work from home if its not going to work i can give the business to another business.
