Rain not making it rain data for me

I started with Rain on 30 July 2021, from the beginning I had problems with connectivity. After numerous phone calls and mails, it was suggested to me, my only solution will be to rather cancel my rain internet. This was last week Thursday the 11/11/2021, I pay R479 per month and have pre paid for November, if you work this out it is R15.96 per day, and I have used (not actually) it for only 11 days, so I ow them R175.63, then minus the R479 I paid upfront they must actually refund me R479-175.63=R303.37. They want to give me refund of R191.60. I think for all I have paid and the not service I got they ow me much more......
