Rain not making it rain

I am highly disappointed with the service I got from Rain after 7 days of waiting for my 4G sim card, when the delivery period is 3-5 working days. I tried reaching the Rain via call and email but with no assistance on my issues, just a bunch of reference numbers. Rain has to improve its services!
