Rain not living up to its service

To say I am disappointed in Rain's service is an understatement. I recently upgraded to 4G with the promise of faster internet.....it is actually moving slower than my previous plan. I cannot stream, surf, and even the mobile device applications are slow to open. I sent an email to Rain and till to this day have not received a response. I will not be paying my Rain bill this month as I find it a waste of money. Paying for a service I have not received.
