Rain not keeping their side of a agreement
I don't understand why it is that Rain can not provide the service that one is paying for, we have a contract stating that I pay a certain amount of money and I get internet speed of 30mbs now the internet is so useless speed test is as 2.52mbs its so bad that I can not even use WhatsApp Messenger my account was paid yesterday and today I must struggle in getting what I'm paying for as per agreement
